The growing business has nine retail stores in Johannesburg and Cape Town. With online ordering and same‐day delivery, FFY is conveniently available to add to your freezer when you need it most.

Their FFY containers are made of up to 80% recycled materials. The colour of each container reflects the specific blend of recycled content that is made from. FFY meals can be sent as gifts for any occasion (for new parents, a housewarming gift as a get-well-soon gift etc.) You can choose a selection of meals to send in your choice of cooler bag, paper bag or box with a personalised hand-written note.
FFY also offers vegan and vegetarian meals such as: Vegan Chilli Con ‘Carne’ – a meat-free version of this Mexican dish, Melanzane Parmigiana, Vegetarian Cottage Pie – topped with creamy butternut and sweet potato mash – Vegan Bolognese and more.
