The new Bird & Co restaurant is located in Bedford Village Shopping Centre on Van Buuren Road. The store serves delicious chicken with a secret full flavoured peri-sauce as well as freshly made and wood-fired oven baked pizzas.
The restaurant, whose slogan is #LifeChangingChicken, serves deboned chicken (excluding the wings). Some of the options on offer are their signature 1/2 deboned peri chicken, thunder thighs on a skewer, burgers and wraps as well as traditional, gourmet or signature pizzas.
Vassilis Rameas, Bird & Co Bedfordview owner said, ‘We offer a gluten-free pizza base for those who are gluten intolerant and a few vegetarian options too. For our vegan friends, although there isn’t something specific on the menu, with their assistance and guidance, we will gladly try to accommodate them with what we have.’
