Kensington-based Cut & Craft has an artisan bistro style of dining, food and crafts. The restaurant was established in 2016 and is owned by Nico Brandt.
Their home-made foods are crafted to old-style rustic recipes, some passed down for generations. All their artisan breads are baked fresh daily in the wood-fired oven, and is stone mill flour bread at its best.
‘We use only the freshest top-quality ingredients for our food and strive to source mostly organically grown produce. Herbs are sourced from our own herb garden and soon we will have greens growing on our vertical hydroponic garden wall,’ said Brandt.
Specialties include perfectly aged succulent steaks, burgers, steakrolls, handcrafted artisan pizzas, craft pasta, delectable house specialities and an award-winning wine selection.
