5km Parkruns are free and can help get the family outdoors as well as keep them and yourself active. They are open to everyone and are safe and easy to take part in.
Parkrun events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings and accommodates every fitness level, from walkers or those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience.
