The Academi Salon Welcomes The Blue Door Hairdesign — Michelle De Laat, The Blue Door Hairdesign and Brett Croucaw, The Academi Salon.

The Blue Door Hairdesign has moved to Bedfordview this month, amalgamating with The Academi Salon at Wellness On Van Buuren.

Michelle De Laat, owner of The Blue Door, said, ‘We started in 1995 and after 19 years in our last home, our team is looking forward to a new chapter in a new home. The experience we give our clients is of relaxation, being consulted and then advised on the very best style, colour and professional home care products. Each and every client is recognised and acknowledged. There is so much more to haircare. Brett CrawCour and I share a passion for our clients. After looking at many options, he and the location ticked all the boxes.’

The Blue Door has taken over the salon and renovated to a calm, white and light open interior. There are six new colour stations, an in-house threading specialist and a separate room with its own extractor fan for Micro Keratin (MK), Brazililian Cacaou and Coffee Botox.

De Laat and her team are happy to have CrawCour from the Academi stay on. The operators are all highly trained to massage and attend to colour application and assist the stylists to achieve fantastic results for their clients.
