The Brooks Art and Pottery Studios, situated in Dunvegan, Edenvale, is offering ceramics classes for adults. The classes are taught by Linsey Brooks.
‘Running informal classes leads to satisfaction amongst my students – some are daring and different, while others prefer to work with more direct guidance. In such a supportive atmosphere, each person plays their own unique part in inspiring and stimulating the people around them,’ said Brooks.
‘I like my students to grow at their own pace and encourage them to relax for a few hours, as I teach them the techniques they need, and guide them in making pottery that they enjoy creating. This helps them to forget the outside world as they concentrate on the clay and let their intuitive responses manage their artistic expression.’
Class times:
Wednesday: 10h00-12h30 or 19h00-21h30 (2½ hrs).
Thursday: 19h00-21h30 (2½ hrs).
Friday: 15h00-17h00 (2 hrs).
Saturday: 10h00-12h30 (2½ hrs).
