‘We don’t just provide haircuts, we provide full grooming services,’ said Village View Store Manager Warren Nuttall. ‘We focus on the service and experience. We have created a man-cave environment where gentlemen can relax, have a complimentary whiskey or gin and be groomed. The entire experience is customer-centric.’
