Five of St. Benedicts rowers have been selected to represent South Africa at the 2022 u23 and Junior World Rowing Championships in Italy, taking place at the end of July this year.
Ethan Romburgh, Dilano Sá, Conor Hurst, Mark Carreira and Jayden Thomson make up five of the eight Junior Men selected for the team.
This is the first time in St Benedicts’ rowing history that they have had so many Bennies rowers selected for South Africa, in one year.
