The restaurant and hospitality industry has suffered immensely due to Covid-19 and the lockdown. As such, Bedfordview based Portuguese restaurant Tony G’s is trying its best to help raise funds for its 12 staff members. The restaurant is now open for takeaways.Â
‘The support of our wonderful patrons is what keeps Tony G’s alive and promotes the wonderful service as well as delicious cuisine from all involved. Reaching my target will mean that my staff can help provide for their families during this difficult time that we are facing. The funds will be equally shared by all the staff at Tony G’s. We truly appreciate all the support and help that we can get,’ stated Monica Tavares from Tony G’s.
The restaurant’s kitchen is open for take-aways from 11:30 – 19:00 on Monday – Saturday and 11:30 – 16:30 on Sundays. They do deliver, you can place your order on (+27 11) 450 1583.
Tony G’s has raised just over R4200.00 for its 12 staff members. To donate to Tony G’s, click here.
