Theme: Artisanal Pasta #1: Orrecchiette and Malloreddus
Saturday: 9 and 23 April: 12h00-15h00
Thursday: 7 and 21 April, 18h00-21h00
May 2022
Theme: Pasta ripiena, Ravioli and Tortellini
Saturday: 7, 14 and 28 May, 12h00-15h00
Thursday: 12 and 26 May, 18h00-21h00
June 2022
Theme: Pasta al forno, Cannelloni and Lasagne
Saturday: 11 and 25 June, 12h00- 15h00
Thursday: 9 and 23 June, 18h00-21h00
Each class will consist of 5/6 recipes, including a sweet one.
Cost: R490 per person
Book on to an existing class (maximum eight people) or exclusively book a class for 8-10 friends, family or work colleagues.
