The Wolf Shack is owned by an Edenvale resident, Francisco Milho, who was previously in the pharmaceutical industry and decided to pursue his love and passion for food and coffee this year. The eatery offers good service, high quality food, an extensive coffee range and a home-made menu with fresh ingredients.
The Wolf Shack is quirky, friendly and offers a rustic atmosphere. The place’s name was inspired by Milho’s love of wolves. He has a few wolf tattoos; he, like the wolves, likes to work as a pack; and he appreciates their values. He added the word ‘shack’ as it was better suited than ‘den’ or house, which doesn’t do justice to the renovated space.
Their menu includes: all-day breakfasts; toasted sandwiches; burgers; fish and chips; Portuguese and vegetarian style dishes; healthy meals like roasted chickpeas on ciabatta with avo, pumpkin and sesame seeds as well as poke bowls. More indulgent offerings include waffles and pastries. Drinks include: iced coffees, a variety of teas and milkshakes. Vegan and gluten free options are also available on request. Customers can also enjoy the free WiFi.
