Dr. Winnie Ryan is the new owner of Kloof Road Animal Clinic. She is eager to meet and warmly welcome visitors to the veterinary practice.
‘With my childhood drive to help animals, I decided to study veterinary science and in 2018 I completed my degree. I further developed my zeal when I worked at The Penguin Rehabilitation Centre, The Southern African Foundation for the Conservation of Coastal Birds as well as the Walmer Animal Welfare Society. These experiences added a broader spectrum to what I already had learnt as a student,’ said Dr. Ryan.
Dr Ryan has been an animal lover from a very young age and also has an intense passion for wildlife. In her free time, she tries to go to the bush as much as possible and really enjoys photography, birding as well as learning about all different aspects of the bush.
‘Our aim at Kloof Road Animal Clinic is to ensure that both you your fur babies are met by our friendly and loving staff and are offered only the best service and care. We look forward to our journey together,’ she added.
