According to Rosenberg: ‘In this video clip, I am thinking long and wide as I visualise the back of my body leaning against the ball.’
‘When I bend my knees forward, I still remind my body to lengthen in the same directions before I started my squat (back top of my head moving upwards and the bottom of my spine or pelvis moving downwards).’
Tip: aim to keep the neck free from tension by placing your focus around the area of the neck and seeing this area open.
