D is for Divorce is hosting an evening of fun, food, drinks and the potential for singles to meet a partner. The event is for anyone who is single, whether they have been divorced, or never married before or are single parents, etc.
Spots are limited to ensure that Covid protocols are adhered to and that there is an equal number of men and women. The ticket includes a welcome drink, food and mingle motivators, where attendees can have fun while breaking the ice and getting to know their fellow singles.
Bianca Correia, founder of D is for Divorce and facilitator of the event, has attended other single events and has learned what did and did not work at these events and has improved upon them. She says the mingle motivators make this event unique as they create an environment where people can have proper conversations. The numbers are also small, allowing people to get to know each other better.
